The controls are well done and feels the same as the GameCube (don't fix it if it's not broken). This is the OF THE YEAR So I haven't played an Animal Crossing game since GameCube, not because I don't like the series more that I didn't have a Wii till Skyward Sword and by that time I had a lot of catching up to do with Nintendo Wii titles.
